Social Media Jump Start
Don’t know where to begin – or why you need social media in the first place? We start every engagement with a discussion to help you set your goals and priorities.
Typically, a one-hour meeting should help us define initial goals and priorities. If there are more people involved, it might take longer.
Based on your goals, we set up your company on Facebook, Twitter, or whatever makes the most sense for your needs. We’ll also help your employees establish and fine-tune their profiles on LinkedIn (LinkedIn does not have company profiles, but pulls their information from all the employees’ profiles in their system).
Initial set-up for a Facebook page should take 1 – 2 hours, Twitter should take ½ – 1 hour, and LinkedIn should take ½ – 1 hour per employee. Special custom work such as customizing pages will be extra.
To quickly build your base of friends, fans, connections, and followers, we will draft notes for you to send to your customers, vendors, volunteers, board members, and employees to get them to connect with the organization on social media and encourage them to invite their friends.
Drafting the notes should take 1 – 2 hours; they should be customized to gently “sell” the content we’ll be posting.
We can create icon buttons to place on your existing website to get visitors to your social media pages. If you have a email newsletter, we can build a way to sign up to it on your website.
Depending on your existing platforms, this should take 1 – 2 hours.
We can also set up a blog and tie it to the other Social Media tools.
Customized blog set-up will take approximately 4 – 5 hours. Building a standard, non-customized blog will be quicker.
Any necessary set-up tasks will be done at our standard hourly rate (currently $120 per hour) to help your organization get up and running on social media quickly. If done in conjunction with a daily monitoring agreement, any of these set-up tasks will be subject to the same discounts listed below.
