1808 S Good Latimer Expy, Dallas, TX 75226 is between Hickory & Dawson Streets in the up and coming Produce District of East Cedars.
- Coming from Deep Ellum: Head South on S Good Latimer out of Deep Ellum, cross freeway overpass and 1808 is the fourth building on your left. Enter to park on South Side of the building before the light at Hickory St.
- Coming from N Dallas: Take I-75 / North Central Expressway South and Exit Downtown / Good Latimer, turn left onto Good Latimer. Head through Deep Ellum, cross freeway overpass and 1808 is the fourth building on your left. Enter to park on South Side of the building.
- Westbound I-30: Take I-30 West and exit Cesar Chavez. Turn left onto Hickory Street, left onto Good Latimer and an immediate right into the 1808 parking lot. Note that the Cesar Chavez exit is closed 6am – 10am M-F for HOV lanes. During rush hour, exit Ervay Street, turn left onto St Paul, left onto Ervay St, then Left onto Hickory, Left onto Good Latimer Expy and parking lot entrance on right.
- Eastbound I-30: Travelling I-30 East and exit Cesar Chavez Blvd. Turn right on Cesar Chavez and make the first left at the light at Hickory Street. Drive 2 blocks to the northwest corner of Hickory & South Good Latimer.
The parking lot entrance is on the southern side of the building. Street parking is available on South Good Latimer & Dawson St. one block further north of Hickory St.
PARKING
You will see an iron-gated area in a lot on the corner of South Good Latimer & Hickory, at the light – it will be on your left if you are traveling South & on the right if you are traveling North.
Visitors and Members can park for free in this area. It is first come, first served. You can also park along the streets of Good-Latimer and Dawson if the parking lot is full.
Note that the parking lot gate is closed before 8 and after 6 pm and on weekends, as are the main doors to the building.
